With a diverse background in sales, marketing, staffing, and real estate, I bring over two decades of expertise in business growth, recruitment, and strategic planning. Early in my career, I spent 7 years in marketing as Marketing Production Manager for Terminix International's corporate headquarters and later Insituform Technologies.
I transitioned into the staffing industry, spending over a decade with Ablest Staffing. Starting in sales, I successfully expanded the MS region to two offices, billing over 45,000 hours weekly. I was the top-selling branch manager for 8 consecutive years before being promoted to area manager and transferring to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where I opened and led multiple branches, achieving branch of the year in my first two years.
After a move back to the TN/MS area to care for my mother, I worked part-time before returning to Dallas as Marketing Director for a small staffing firm, later joining Horn Murdock Cole, an accounting staffing agency, for two years. I then launched and operated DeBonair Custom Cleaning for 7 years, managing a team of 25 employees before successfully selling the business.
In 2011, I entered the real estate industry, starting as a Realtor with JPAR Real Estate. I was named Rookie of the Year in my first year, selling 18 homes, before transitioning to Director of Recruiting in 2013. I played a key role in growing the brokerage to over 1,000 agents across Texas and later served as VP of National Sales, helping franchise offices with recruiting strategies. I was honored with MVP and Leader of the Year awards during my time at JPAR.
In 2024, after relocating to Mississippi, I launched **Viverito Real Estate Consulting Services**, offering expertise in recruiting, branding, coaching, and social media management for brokerages and real estate professionals. Additionally, I manage the growing Facebook group **Texas Real Estate Experts**, a thriving community of real estate professionals.
